1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Certain items, such as personal care products and essential oils, may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Used or opened skincare and personal care products.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
